Austeam has lost one of our favourite son's this week, a true gentleman and someone who cared so much for his racing and his mates, someone who would take time out in his day to share some kind words amongst the boys, someone who was a joy to be around and to have around, someone respected by many and loved by all. Les we will miss having your wonderful voice here and miss being able to talk to a great friend. Gods speed to you buddy make sure your give it all around the tracks as you did hear.

I ask all within the Austeam Family to think of Linda this Tuesday as she lay a wonderful bloke to rest, be free and race hard Les.

My condolences to the family and friends of Les.

I had many a race with Les and always enjoyed racing with him. I was saddened to hear of his passing and wanted to stop by to pay my respects.

Please keep Les and his wife Linda is your thoughts today, as today in the funeral of a great man Mr Sir Les who was a huge part of Austeam Racing.

OMG I have just stopped on by to see how things are going with everyone and was shocked to read of the unfortunate passing of Les, had many a laugh on the track and on the phone with him! He will definately be sadly missed amongst family, friends, racing mates but no more than Linda. May you reflect on the joy he has brought to anyone he has known in his life. RIP mate and I hope to see you again somewhere, somehow!
