Virgin to run Wickens in Abu Dhabi practice

Virgin reserve Robert Wickens will drive for the team in this Friday's opening practice session for the 2011 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, as a reward for winning the 2011 World Series by Renault Formula Renault 3.5 Championship. Wickens' FR3.5 challenge was supported by Virgin, who decided that the Canadian's success in securing the title was deserving of the opportunity to test their F1 car in a race weekend environment
